One of the most fascinating
projects lately in collaboration with my German colleague:

High Level Personnel Workshop "Internationality,
Communication & Team-Building"
A German company in Morocco: 16 first
line managers and directors, five nationalities, four
languages, two cultures.
Three intense days in French, German
and Arabic: A team determined to put everything on the
table finding a way to the joint will to overcome cultural,
functional and foremost personnel differences.
Touching Moments: The
group itself takes over to lead the way. The moderators
can step back more and more.
At the end of the third
day the team succeeds in putting the result on one single
page. When words become less and less important, things
start changing ....
What can you expect
more than to be surprised yourself by the results of
