Janzir CONSULT did do all necessary intercultural preparations and did act as consultant and supporter at the exhibition. In briefings the professors and physicians were prepared for their meetings with managers and physicians at private and government hospitals in Dubai. Goals were to find hospitals for future cooperation, like know-how exchange and for possible after treatment of patients in their home country.
Especially the visit to the Department of Health and Medical Services in Dubai was a big success. In a long meeting both hospitals had a chance to introduce themselves and their quality health care services.
Further corporations between these hospitals and Janzir CONSULT already started. One of the near future goals is to develop Intercultural trainings for physicians and hospital personnel, training them in how to deal with Arab patients, introducing them to Arab culture and traditions.
We believe that a better understanding of both cultures will automatically improve the healthcare service quality.
