Participants:
Business Managers / People in responsible functions who
see the personal need to grow and who are determined to
make a change during this training.
Maximum of 17 - 18 participants to allow individual participation.

- Dynamic of the team-process and the roles of team-members
- Realisation of personal needs within a team
- Reflection on inner-team communication patterns (Business and Personal levels)
- Understanding the personal enrichment of working with different personalities
- Using the chance for synergies by integrating the values of different team-members
- Integration of open communication into a team
- As we learn and change all the time - Learn to live with the constant changes in the team
- Installation of rules in a team and transition into the daily life
- "Treat every person as if he were the person he could become – so he can be it."
Approach:

Personal involvement is essential and will be requested prior and during the training. It allows a tailor-made individual concept for the group – as each group is different :
- The participants will be asked to reflect prior to the seminar on their personal history / cases they could share with the others
- The participants will be asked to send in some short resume on personal expectations and ideas.
